Grilled lamb chop. The lamb chop was served alongside French fries, coleslaw, mint sauce and chilli sauce. The lamb chop was not grilled to char. The meat was thin and not too hard. It tasted just nice by itself without dipping into the sauce. Just that the lamb chop was not juicy enough, it was not too salty too. The mint sauce was very concentrated and strong, a tiny little dip of it will do.
