用老黄瓜配泡参炖煮有清热除燥,宁心安神及增进活力的功效,非常适合煮给长辈喝。
Ingredients A | 材料A:1 1/2kg old cucumber |老黄瓜1 1/2公斤,2 bowls boiling water |沸水2饭碗
Ingredients B | 材料B:8g Pao shen slices |老山泡参片8克,10pcs red dates (pitted) |红枣10粒(去核),15g dried longan |龙眼肉15克,3g GouQi |枸杞3克,40g monkey head mushroom (soaked) |猴头菇40克(浸泡)
Seasoning | 调味料:Seasoning |调味料:dash of salt |盐少许
Method | 做法:
1.Halve cucumber and hollow out the seeds; and then blanch in boiling water.
老黄瓜对半切开挖空,飞水备用。
2.Place all ingredients B in a stew pot and stew in low heat for 2 hours.
全部材料B放入炖盅,加入煮沸的2饭碗水,慢火炖2小时成参汤。
3.Transfer stewed ingredients into cucumber,stew for another 30 minutes;season with salt.
把炖好的材料移入已挖空的老黄瓜,再炖30分钟,关火加入调味料盐少许即可趁热享用。
