The chicken cordon blue in James Food Western Food at Fettes Park is obviously one of the best cordon blue I ever had. I will definitely give rating 5/5 for this dish. The chicken cordon bleu, unlike other western food stalls, it has gravy on top of the chicken. However, the crispiness of the chicken cordon blue still remain although there are gravy on top of it. The inner chicken cordon bleu consists of ham, hot dog and lots cheese. Accompany with the meal is a bun, green beans and french fries
