Manila Place is restaurant with a variety of western cuisine. It is located at Gurney Plaza.Cream Soup with BunThe cream soup is very creamy and neat. The bun is very soft as it is just baked. The bun can be dipped on the soup and can be eaten just like that without the butter.

好久以前，我在国外吃过一道非常特别的蘑菇汤，我没想到原来马来西亚这地方也有咧。知道后，我就开始找朋友一起去尝试着特别的食物。Manila Place,面包里的蘑菇汤。这蘑菇汤没有想象的好喝，但味道一样很浓，很creamy!面包没有影响到蘑菇汤的味道，但蘑菇汤却让面包好吃起来。女生要考虑share,不然很大一份。

认识我的人，都知道蘑菇汤是我常爱点的食物之一。朋友带着我去说有好介绍，说这里有出名特别的蘑菇汤。果然，这里有在面包里的蘑菇汤。在马来西亚，我真的很少会看到这一道食物。由于蘑菇汤跟面包一起，所以一个人是几乎吃不完这道食物，我们就２个人share一个。蘑菇汤很浓，味道很好。只是面包有点太干，有待进步。

I was so thankful for this unexpected trip to the restaurant in Penang. My friends highly recommended me of the mushroom soup and I tried even I was full after so much of food. I like the soup as it tasted very rich in mushroom taste and very well cooked. The soup can compare with those 5 star hotel and restaurant. However I personally think that the bread are too thick and you won't be able to finish it.

A great place for dinner! I love the simple decoration of this restaurant and also the food fashion on the servings. You may see the attached photo where a simple grilled fish fillet with red sauce, the food was served nicely. However, the portion will be slightly small for man, for woman this is just good. The red sauce is just a simple cooked tomato sauce but matches great with the grilled fish fillet.

I just had my anniversary dinner there. A recommend place for fine dining. I had Spicy Shrimp Olio Pasta there, my first try on this type of paste. The taste was great! Not too spicy nor tasteless. The plate decoration was nice too. Besides that, it is an open restaurant, unlike the usual restaurant that residing in a shop lot. Overall the environment is clean and ambience is very good.
