Ulam fried rice with curry chicken. The ulam fried rice came with a bowl of chicken curry and a piece of papadam. The ulam fried rice came in dark color and very fragrant. The rice was nicely fried, mixture together with the ulam. It has slightly spicy flavour and also aromatic flavour too. The curry chicken was slightly oily though, a bit diluted but still fine. The curry was not too salty and not too spicy.
