Thousand layer beancurd. The beancurd was quite big and tall. When we split it opened, it showed two layer of fish paste in between the beancurd, thus the name of “thousand layer”. The beancurd was topped with deep fried onions and spring onions that were very aromatic. The beancurd was soft and smooth. I like the the texture of the fish paste eaten together with the salty sauce and bland beancurd.
