This stall here sells steamed fish in a various choices and some stir fried Chinese dishes. I ordered this special sauce steamed fish. The fish was Tilapia. The fish will only be steamed once the order has been placed, expect to wait at least 20 minutes for it to be ready. The fish was quite big and fresh. No muddy taste or fishy taste.
