I always have cookies that are crispy, but for the first time, I had something in contrary. This Haight-Ashbury cookies, loaded with oatmeal, walnut and raisins, was soft and chewy. It was very dense and loaded with good stuff, good enough to be breakfast with a glass of cold milk
