Seafood Tom Sum. The soup consisted of mushrooms, prawns, ginger, star fruit, fish fillet, and some herbs. The soup has extremely strong flavour of lemongrass. The soup was clear and it tasted sour and spicy. The star fruit added some sweetness to the soup. The prawns were fresh and succulent. The fish fillet has no "fishy" taste, very soft. The soup was spicy due to the ginger and some herbs. The soup was rich in flavour.
