Saw this Rojak Van right in front of Restorant Y Two, people were queuing up to take away the rojak. I also joined the crowd and ordered a take away. For take away, you can have the option to separate the sauce or let the uncle mix it for you. The rojak consists of fresh vegetables and fruits such as cucumbers, pineapples, mangoes, preserved papaya, turnips, beansprouts, and carrots. The sauce is made from prawn paste with chili sauce. The sauce was really nice and spicy. The prawns paste tasted slightly salty and sweet. The uncle gives a generous amount of prawn crackers. The prawn crackers were delicious, you can see prawn heads in the prawn crackers. Lastly, some coarsely crushed peanuts sprinkled on top for the added crunchiness and fragrance. 張貼
