Roast Lamb with mint sauce. During any buffet session, I am always excited when I see roast lamb counter. I took a slice of the roast lamb for trying first. I put two scoops of mint sauce on top of it. I tried the roast lamb first and it was very tender and aromatic by itself. It was not salty. The mint sauce was very thick and fragrant. I went for second serving and took few more slices.
