If you love pork as much as I do, you would take a trip down to EL Cerdo in Changkat KL.The appetizer of Parma Ham and Rock Melon is the perfect combination of salty and sweet. A match made in heaven. The roasted suckling piglet is tender and moist with the perfect crackling.To show just how crispy the piglet is, you cut it with a plate in three places and break it after in a basin. Great fun!
