We ordered pork satay for sharing. The pork satay was grilled over the charcoal fire for the distinctive flavors. The satay was glazed with some honey and the color looks like char siu, with the darker sweet color. The pork was marinated but I think it lacked flavors and spices. The pork meat was juicy but at the same time, I find the meat to be on the tough side. Perhaps there weren’t any fats in between the pork. Peanut sauce was passable. Not exactly up to my expectations. Lack spiciness.
