it is the special version of You Char Koay (chinese crullers).Anyway, we called it as Ma Kiok, other wise known as Butterfly Buns.i love crispiness and crunchiness of You Char Koay. this bread stick wasn't made in this way, but surprisingly it taste good.this golden brown fried bread stick was dense and really filling up your stomach.the most deceiving part was the abundant sesame seeds sticking around and tint some sweetness to your each bite. the most importantly, it is not oily.highlight poin

this golden brown fried bread stick was dense and really filling up your stomach.
the most deceiving part was the abundant sesame seeds sticking around and tint some sweetness to your each bite. the most importantly, it is not oily.

highlight point:
the owner will keep exchange the frying oil once it's color change (which means turn black). good food should produce in healthy way is their slogan.
