Nasi Goreng Kambing. The nasi goring kambing has so much “wok hei” and it was hot. The rice was moist and it was fried with cabbage, spring onions and mutton. The mutton portion was too little in my opinion. Despite that, the mutton was tender and aromatic. The cabbage was crunchy and some strips were too big and long. Overall, the fried rice was quite salty, and it was quite oily too.
