I ordered the signature Marutama Ra-men, which is chicken soup based ramen.
The ramen is unbelievably simple. It is topped with lots of green onions, lots of Japanese seaweeds and a slice of Japanese Char Siew.
What makes this ramen irresistibly delicious is its thick chicken soup. The soup is cooked for 5 hours until the chicken meat and bones are dissolved into the soup! According to the owner, a bowl of soup is equal to half a chicken! No wonder the taste is so rich and delicious!
This is another highly recommended side dish. It is Japanese Char Siew called Kakuni. From the picture, you can see that the pork has equal distribution of meat and fat, which makes the pork tastes soft and tender.This ramen is the best ramen I have ever tried!
