As its Japanese translation suggests, Kissaten is known for its cafe lifestyle.The word Wagyu translated literally mean Japanese cattle. Its intense marbling, high fat content, extreme tenderness and rich flavor never be a wrong choice for beef patty. the Wagyu beef patty, thick and tightly packed, taste a tad dry and overcook at a single corner. It decked with nice portion of lettuce and tomato slice. Its seasoning, Teriyaki and mayonnaise sauce was a tad overpowering. what i love the most was

what i love the most was the burger bun after heating up. Soft and crush edgy, tagged with a mild buttery aroma.
