Originated from Singapore, IL Lido is such a gorgeous restaurant that would give you a great fine dining experience.The Pan Roasted Scallops is so fresh, served with Roast Garlic Cream and Crispy Prosciutto, I really like this starter. If you are a fans of Foie Gras, then you should try the Pan Fried Goose Liver with Saba Wine Must and Sweet Potato Galette. Another favourite of mine is the Squid Ink Tonnarelli with Spicy Crab and Tarragon Foam. Natural seafood flavour really matches very well with the salty squid ink. Thumbs up!

Main dish is a surprise. The Pan Roasted Atlantic Cod fish is very fresh, and it is served with the preserved Cabbage sort of .. and the Pumpkin Sauce definitely add a twist to the dish.

The Roasted Sukling Pig with Plum Sauce is quite a disappointment though. The pork skin is not as crispy as I've expected, but the meat itself is very well-seasoned.

As for dessert, you would never gone wrong with Molten Lava Chocolate Cake that served with Vanilla Ice Cream. The warm melted chocolate from the cake is rich, and definitely is a perfect finish to a gorgeous meal.
