The piglet was exactly what was meant in the menu. It was sliced into half and roasted into crispiness. The waiter then asked one of us to 'cut' the piglet with only a plate. I was wondering how was that possible with a blunt plate. But then the piglet was roasted into such crispiness it was not a problem at all. After the cutting ceremony was done, the waiter then asked him to just smash the plate into a tub that they have prepared for us. Apparently he explained it was for good luck. Which he may need it for his new position.

The waiter then proceeded to cut the piglet into pieces so we are able to savour it. The pork was crispy and delicious! It has a nice layer of crispy skin, followed by a thin layer of fat and some meat as well.
It was marinated well, not too salty and it goes really well with beer.

For RM188++, this half piglet was very expensive indeed. (Of course, the smashing of the plate counts into the price as well).

It was a fun and yummy experience. Perhaps I will come again after I get a fat paycheck.
