Each of them were made of some minced meat and pieces of prawns with crunchy texture. But it tasted dry and lacked the juicy after-taste. Obviously, it was done on few days back, just re-heated then served to customer.The skin was way too thick while the filling had the same problem, free from juiciness.The filling was minced thinly till you barely identified. steamed dim sum was totally out of taste. Do not consider to order any unless you really crave on it!
