They use fresh tilapia fish deep-fried until golden brown and creatively display the fish beside the white rice and served with onion crackers, acar, soto soup, Indonesian sweet black sauce and sambal terasi.
The fish served was a medium size, mild salty and very crispy, can even eats up the fish fin and its small bones.The flower-shaped onion crackers was crispy, the acar was sourish and the soto soup was quite nice, but slightly salty.
Sambal terasi is the Indonesian style of chili sauce which is extremely hot.
