Next up were the local Malaysian fare. We had the usual Chicken Rice, but I have to mention the chicken was pretty good. The Chicken Rice stall actually heated up each piece of chicken meat by dipping it into boiling water to make sure each piece of meat we get was warm.The Sambal Udang Buah Petai was pretty good too, with lots of petais to bring out its taste. The Sambal Udang Buah Petai was pretty good too, with lots of petais to bring out its taste. Important in any Petai dishes was the correct amount of petais to be used, not too much as it will drown out the sambal taste, and not too little as to not have enough. Here it came in just the correct porpotion
