Bangsar Shopping Centre is unveiling its first ever Asain Food Gallery which by the name of Burp! And it is more than just a food court in the shopping centre itselfKaarage which is the Japanese Style Nuggets is where the chicken meat is breaded and deep fried till crispy to be served. Yep, that's how I would describe BURP!- classy yet intimate. And that's a rare description for a food court indeed. But it's true. The nice tables and chairs are positioned at a super comfortable distance away from each other; and if you sit near the huge open windows, you get a really nice view as well The entire place is well-ventilated so you never feel stuffy; and there's large screens with MTV videos aired too. 然后我点了这个泰国的tom yam。这个tom yam的汤头一看就知道很浓稠。有点像是laksa的质感，不难发现里面都是放了很多材料一起熬煮。不过我觉得很不贴心的是，既然里面有那么多虾子，价钱也不是很便宜，把虾壳剥了很难吗？

然后我点了这个泰国的tom yam。这个tom yam的汤头一看就知道很浓稠。有点像是laksa的质感，不难发现里面都是放了很多材料一起熬煮。不过我觉得很不贴心的是，既然里面有那么多虾子，价钱也不是很便宜，把虾壳剥了很难吗？

在这里的特别之处就是可以尝试到不同国家的美食。可以说是应有尽有。试了这个来自香港的烤鸭。外观看起来比起一般的烤鸭黑色一点，外皮吃起来还是保持一定的脆度。肉质也是没有特别惊喜。

Chicken Satay - RM13.50 / 10sticksI'm pretty much a satay lover, where each time I'm at an eatery or buffet, if they serve satays I would be first in line to get it. The Chicken Satays served in Burp! Asian Food Gallery were pretty good and filling. 10 sticks just was not enough for me, but I knew I had to leave some space for more food to come. The price is slightly higher than the one I normally had at the hawker stall. But the patty is thick enough for the price of RM1.35 per stick.

Tom Yam Soup - RM10.50The Tom Yam Soup at Burp! The Asian Food Gallery is special as it is served in coconut shell. Normally only restaurant will served tom yom soup in coconut shell. And fast food outlet will served this kind of soup in plastic bowl. The dish came with huge chunks of seafood like squids and prawn and vegetables. Hotplate Mushroom Chicken Yee Mee - RM7.90Hotplate mushroom chicken yee mee is my wife favourite dish. Each time she enters any food gallery would be the Hotplate mushroom chicken yee mee. The one in Burp! Asian Food Gallery came with huge chunks of mushroom and chicken. Be wary though as more often than not, this dish will leave you feeling rather thirsty after the meal. The sauce of the yee mee is too salty but served well with egg.

Chicken Katsu Don - RM10For those who yearns for Japanese cuisine, Burp! do have a Japanese cuisine stall, which I got to try their Chicken Katsu Don. The breaded chicken was pretty good, although not as great as the ones we get at standalone Japanese restaurants. For RM10 per dish, it won't break the bank. As you are served with enough chicken meat with the price of only RM10. The chicken is being added with some chilli powder to add flavour to the meat. Hence it is a bit of hot while you eat.

Giant Prawns from the Mamak Stall - RM15Burp! Asian Food Gallery has a Mamak stall as well, where one could get their favourite dishes with rice. I never try any giant prawn from any mamak stall. Since this is the third time I been here, I thought of giving myself a try on their giant prawn. I ordered their huge prawns just because it looked really tempting. The taste of the prawn is not so satisfying as the flesh is not fresh enough. I think maybe the overcooked. But the flesh is well marinated
