Assam Sting ray. The dish came in a few big pieces of stingy ray and some brinjals covered in assam sauce as well as some coriander on top. The portion of the stingray was not so generous. The assam sauce was slightly watery and diluted. It was tangy and sour due to the tamarind sauce, but it was lack of spiciness. The stingy ray meat was fresh, soft and succulent. It has absorbed the assam flavour.
