Regarding its quirky name, i barely could found out any other details. What i got that this bread was served together with 罗宋汤, or Russian soup which we know as borscht. So, people then started calling the buns 罗宋面包.resemble a leaf shaped, with its belly split open.Contrary to how it appears, it’s actually a very soft, buttery bun, and it’s drenched with high quality butter, which i judged from its smell. Because you can even smell butter when you tear in the bun.

everything captured in your eyes was edible, of course excepting the candles. chocolate truffle atop on it was the greatest ever for this cake, end up i had it two. Six of them nicely decorated in a row. this bite-size rounded balls are made from a mixture of dark chocolate and cream, mingled with chopped almond, rolled with cocoa powder as finishing.the chocolate ganache wasn't too thick nor too sweet.Inside the cake have five layers, each separated by a layer of chocolate mousse, bitter orange

it was an edible charcoal bread, and generally used in bakery nowadays because of its healthy effect to our body. i never tasted mochi bun before. first in my mind, i thought it was a black bun with mochi paste. but then, my guess was certainly wrong. Mochi bun was truly existing. it often called as korean mochi bun. it was a crackly black plump ball, with lovely roasted wheat aroma. it have crispy crust on the outside, chewy but a tad hard on the inside.

the bread was so squishy, soft and moist. It left a mild milky aroma on your each bite. it supposed have to name it as Hokkaido milk toast. the red kidney beans was great in amount and evenly spread on each toast. for me, nothing beats the taste of light sweet of beans.the bread was cut quite thick in size, so you can choose to have it plain or spread some peanut butter on top.Even the next day, the bread remained as soft and fresh tasting as the day before.

four petite scone that nicely packed in standing row. i love the packaging with ingredient clearly listed on the back. so that, we could aware what we eaten.the scone have strong yet pleasant buttery smell.earl grey leaf and cranberry were added abundantly.it wasn't crumbly as bread-biscuit crunch that suppose to be. In contrast, the texture resemble expired cheap bread as in very dry and coarse form. albeit, the barely sweet of cranberries do enlighten me little.

Here is another great bakeshop which serves fresh assortment of delicious breads. This is where I would usually head out to get my snacks for lunch or tea-time. The picture above is the milk castle and it is pretty cheap. The bun has a layer of cheese on top which is covered with cheese powder before being baked. The cheese powder melts and fuses onto the cheese layer giving it a unique cheesy and smoky taste. The insides of the bread is custard cream which is a bit dry but complements the cheese on top of the bun.

Lavendar is famous confectionery in pavilion, during lunch hours you can see a large crowd picking up pastries and bread for tea time. The garlic sausage bun is what I bought the other day. The bun was baked till golden brown but still soft and fluffy on the inside and the sausages were thick even though the garlic sauce was not very strong.

I was at the counter paying for my bread when I saw the baker packing slices of chocolate cake in the little plastic bags. Fearing that my bread won't last me till my tea time, I got a pack of the chocolate cake just in case I got hungry. The chocolate had a spongy texture and though the cocoa content was quite low there was still the distinctive bitter taste of chocolate. There were 2 slices of chocolate cake in it and it cost me RM2, quite a catch I would say.

So let's have a look.This is one of the famous bread there, i saw one lady bought about 8-9. Can't deny that their variety of bread are quite unique. The bread is soft and tasty. This bread is not that heavy like the others confectionary shop. This is perfect for ladies,isn't it?This bread is cheesy and delicious. The best part is it's not too sweet. It's suitable for a health life
