Regarding its quirky name, i barely could found out any other details. What i got that this bread was served together with 罗宋汤, or Russian soup which we know as borscht. So, people then started calling the buns 罗宋面包.resemble a leaf shaped, with its belly split open.Contrary to how it appears, it’s actually a very soft, buttery bun, and it’s drenched with high quality butter, which i judged from its smell. Because you can even smell butter when you tear in the bun.
