这里的环境很好，服务也很好，只是门口招待面色有点差，虽说我去时也没有很多人，看了菜单，Miso Hotate Ramen非常的吸引我，除了pavillion的ramen,如果去连锁的日本餐都不敢点，因为通常会有很重的黄面味。幸好这里的ramen超好吃的，一切搭配的刚刚好，尤其是汤头，miso不是只有‘死死’的咸味，而是香甜咸味都有，面也很弹牙，完全没有吃黄面的感觉，hotate还有5粒，每粒都很有嚼劲和好吃，吃不到腥味。平时不喜欢吃蛋黄的我，搭配汤头一起吃就会变很好吃了。其他配料还有：紫菜，海带，玉米

A very nice fried soba with fresh prawns. The prawns are big and medium-cooked to keep it fresh and juicy. It tastes very sweet due to its Japanese sauce but overall is not bad.Another thing I need emphasis is their service is very good and very nice ambiance if you are looking for a place to have some business talk. Next to this restaurant there is a little shop which sells desserts in Japanese style. Go for their set lunch will be more worthwhile.

This japanese salad is Pari pari kani salada. It is a big size one. it has also the small one but just enough for two people. If more than two, big one is only enough.The best thing in this dishes is the crab meat inside. Tobikko is also added. The crab meat is so fresh that u can squeze out the juice. The most important is the sauce. I think the name is waffle sauce. It just match the salad.

this dishes is atsuyaki tamago. atsuyaki tamago is egg that cooked and steamed with sugar. It taste sweet and soft, really really good. The sauce above it is mentaiyaki sauce. it is not in the menu of hokkaido ichiba. The sauce nust be special telled to add and also need to add a bit of money too. I always will order this dishes whenever i go to this restraunt. It's worth.

Salmon fish head is a delicious meal, but good skills of cooking it must be needed. Hokkaido ichiba cook this meal very well. The salmon fish head is seperate into two taste. One is teriyaki sauce which is sweet souce, another is saly sauce. most of the people preffer teriyaki sauce. The flesh of the salmon head is at the right heat that makes the meat taste soft. It is not expensive too.

Spider roll is a sushi rool wrap with soft sheel crab and other ingredients. The main ingredient of this roll is soft shell crab. The outlook of this dishes is very beautiful with to crab legs outside. The taste is also very very good. When it is eaten with shoyu sauce and wasabi, this dishes will actually attract your stomach . The cost is reasonable in such restraunt.

This dishes name is ebi gyoza. It is a japanese dumpling. It is wrap with some vegetavles and prawn inside. i saw many people and my friends ordered this dishes, so tried once too. To me, it is not so delicious because the taste of the dumpling is not so strong, it is a bit light. The sauce of the dumpling is also normal, like chinese kicap. I don't recommed this dishes, i think chinese dumpling taste better.

This dessert is waffle ice cream. It is not in the menu of hokkaido ichiba. This dessert is special only for VIP. It is very delicious and sweet. every time i come, i will ask the waitress to serve this. It is waffle that have ice cream in it. U can also choose any fruits u like as the side dishes. I chiise strawberry. This dessert can be order in Sushi zanmai too. It will be wirth to try this dessert.

Located on the 3rd floor of The Gardens, Hokkaido Ichiba is not unknown among the Japanese-food lovers. The place is always crowded espcially during peak hours.My favourite here is Chicken Katsu Curry Rice which cost around RM23. The curry was warm and sizzling when it arrived, very apetizing indeed. After walk and shop around at the gardens, me and my friend walk past this Japanese restaurant. There was a small corners beside the main restaurant selling no others but Japanese desserts . This is just what we looking for!! Some desserts to enjoy and rest before we go further.This is the menu of the Hokkaido icecream. in hokkaido ichiba located at the gardens here is nice to bring family to dine in. the steps i when inside i felt the japanese deco is so beautiful and here i like the California temaki and sushi roll is nice and delicious - good appetizer and quite tasty. many choices of sushi here available. the fried item is also tasty with the vegetables they deep fried it and served hot. the fried vegetables is not oily and taste good

in hokkaido ichiba is some thing different to try on on the usual japanese restaurant. here the environment is superb comfortable and big area. i like their sushi is fresh and made by the chef and the rice is all nicely wrapped and is very good. nice pieces of the sushi and the wasabi is good too spicy enough and the soy sauce and taste more delicious. the maki is also tasty

like to come here for japanese food to try theirspecial extensive, there are sushi, sashimi, various bento, maki, ramen, udon, and even small side dishes. here The saba is fresh and nice. Have to be careful with the small fish-bones though. the squid taste is like the teppanyaki type tasty and not that too oily just nice and service is pretty good here. nice to dine in
