这里除了环境不错，而且食物也是有相当的水准。这个鳗鱼饭套餐上面的鳗鱼都是蛮厚还有大片的，吃下去的时候鳗鱼酱汁的味道很香，不会只有咸味，而是把鳗鱼的味道跟进一步提升

Fukuya Restaurant is located at Bukit Bintang. It is a Japanese restaurant offering different delicious food for customers. The examples of foods served there are pickles, chawan mushi, miso soup and dessert. Picture above shows Chawamushi served by Fukuya Restaurant. Chawamushi is a side dish with mushroom and egg as main ingredient. The taste is normal.

It is a very quiet and peaceful place to dine in. Picture above showsSushi Kaiseki Set served by Fukuya Restaurant. It is very expensive for me. The taste of the set is normal but acceptable.

The examples of foods served there are pickles, chawan mushi, miso soup and dessert. Picture above shows Sake served by Fukuya Restaurant. Sake is very different compared t other alcoholic drinks like Heneiken or Tiger beer. It is not recommended for those who are not good in drinking alcohol.

这里的天府罗套餐，天府罗是非常讲求油温和食材上的但这里的师傅控制得非常好，天府罗外脆内软，松脆的炸酱，里面裹着新鲜的食材，而且脆而不油腻，配合醋饭一起吃，搭配却出奇的好。

这里这个日本特色拼盘除了卖相出众，味道还真的不错的，有三文鱼刺生，烧烤扇贝，自制特色豆腐，天府罗等等，摆像精致得体，令人舍不得吃下去，不但满足了口福之欲也满足了视觉享受。

这里这道酱烧鳗鱼套餐，这里的厨师都是选用了最上等的鳗鱼，然后在火炉上烤熟，皮脆肉嫩，鲜甜的鳗鱼涂上了味道浓郁的酱汁配合醋饭一起吃，味道更加得好，却没有失去鳗鱼的鲜甜。

今里这碗刺身里装着的海鲜鱼生，鱼生师傅选择有三文鱼，金枪鱼和鲷鱼三种鱼生，因为这里的厨师每天都是选用最新鲜的食材，所以每一片生鱼片吃在嘴里都是鲜甜可口，而且仿佛有种像海里游泳的感觉。

在这里的日式炖蛋，师傅熟练地去掉了蛋黄然后加入了鲜牛奶和蘑菇等配料，所以炖出来的炖蛋呈奶白色，炖蛋除了有蛋的味道之外，还有丝丝的牛奶味使炖蛋的味道更加香滑浓郁，味道十分不错。

很怕这个草莓圣代里面那么多颗的草莓如果是酸的话我就很倒霉的了。不过以意外的，这里的草莓竟然每一颗都很香甜呢。配上里面的cream一起吃味道很不错有非常refreshing的感觉呢。

一直以来都很喜欢吃鳕鱼。喜欢它拿独特的味道还有香浓的油脂，鲜嫩有肥美的鱼肉，无奈价位有点高所以也没什么吃。难得来到这里就点了这个久违的鳕鱼来吃了。味道果然没有让我失望

这里的天妇罗真的蛮有水准的呢。因为外皮都炸到很酥脆，面粉都裹得肥肥胖胖的，但是丝毫不影响口感。一个好的天妇罗除了粉浆运用得很好以外，还有的使炸到连虾子的尾巴都可以吃

一直都很好奇这间独立式的日本餐厅。里面的装潢很漂亮，环境野狠优美呢。这个生鱼片非常新鲜。虽然油脂没有很多，但是味道很鲜美，一咬就花开了。味道在嘴里久久都散不开来。

For those who are driving and having trouble finding parking space, don’t worry as Fukuya does provide free valet service on premise. Besides that, my friends had the Wa-Sushi Bento Set which cost RM58. This set comes with some sushi, grilled seafood, tofu, chawanmushi, salad, vegetable, miso tamago and so much more. The raw sushi portion is very big compare to the usual sushi that I had in shopping mall. I also ordered some karaage (fried chicken). Although it looks very simple, the tenderness of the chicken and the taste is completely above the rest that I ever had before. Thumbs up!
