This is maggi goreng, with a slight twist. It has hainanese pork chop (which was plain and a bit dry, due to the lack of the special gravy), and is cooked with lap cheong, bacon, and other porky goodies. Overall the maggi is cooked in dry style, salty, and smells very porky. For about 12 bucks before tax, I think it's really worth it. Egg and pork lard are extras, additional charges applicable. 繼續閱讀

Cristang boasts a pleasant ambience and warm service, but its trump card is its menu, which is impressively vast and creative. The must-try is the P7 Pork Burger, comprising grilled pork patty, back bacon, minced pork chili con carne and petai. As sinfully flavourful as expected. Would love to return to check out their new P9 burger, which is supposedly topped with Korean-inspired bulgogi sauce. Nasi Lemak Goreng (fried coconut rice with sambal tumis, anchovies, veggies, back bacon, Chinese sausage and egg). Artery-clogging, but worth the risk to try at least once. Loved the one-of-a-kind inclusion of lap cheong in the nasi lemak. Bacon bone ambila with long beans. A traditional recipe with a satisfyingly spicy kick. Tiramisu laced with vodka and kahlua, accompanied by strawberry puree. The taste of booze was a bit too subtle to make this memorable. Pineapple Mojito (pineapple liqueur, rum, mint leaves, sprite) and 3-Mile Long Island Tea (vodka, rum, gin, tequila, lemon juice, coke). 繼續閱讀

P3 burger that comes with grilled pork patty, back bacon, minced pork chilli con carne. The burger was oily. Nevertheless, it tasted quite unique and tasty. The minced pork was marinated well and the pork patty was a thick one. The back bacon was crunchy, added to the texture of the burger. Not to forget the potato wedges was full of rosemary herbs. I think, I fancy pork ribs and knuckle most. This dish really made my dinner great. This wonderful dish named Hickory Smoked BBQ Ribs served on mashed potatoes with sauteed vegetables in butter and white wine. The dish described they used an old Texas style BBQ ribs cooked. Tenderly marinated and slow cooked till tender and succulent. I read that the ribs shall eat it with hands. Forget about the embarrassment having it in public. When the dish presented on our dining table, I immediately reckoned the dish like the one my mom made, the old style of local BBQ Pork aka Cha Shu. The word is Divine. Love the sweet and salty taste as well as the sticky thick juicy sauce and really appetizing. It was fingers licking. As for the BBQ ribs, it was tender indeed. 繼續閱讀
