I never been one to love deep fried stuff. But I do love crabs. Somehow though, I very rarely eat soft shell crabs, maybe I am just too used to the crabs that you need a hammer to eat with. Unassumingly, I had actually fallen in love with this pasta. I love how it was cooked, and the creamy-ness of the sauce just goes so well with the deep fried soft shell crab. The pasta should be served ala dente though.
