Ben's is well known for their international variety of food selection and their price. Apart from that certain outlets require you to wait for quite some time for a table. This shows how busy and well accepted the dining concept is. I tried their red velvet cake during one of my visit to Ben's for tea time. The cake has a healthy reddish brown hue and not the blood red coloring which is seen in most red velvet cakes. I love how the cake slowly melts in your mouth and it is not too moist.
