The place was totally huge and the environment was clean & cozy all well , What Simmer Huang 黄记皇 trying to do here is the food presentation is totally different than others chinese cuisine out there even the combination of hot pot and simmering . The Place bring the most excitement and satisfaction to your taste buds , Their really have gone through great efforts to make sure that everything provided in the restaurant . Each dish is nicely presented and infused with complex flavours that serve fine dining quality foods . The shop Furnished with comfy sofas and dining tables and chairs .

Assorted Seafood Pot

Ingredients in seafood hotpot included squid , oysters , Cod fillet and prawns .

Waiter arranged half the vegetables into the pot along with all the meat on top , then they proceeded to paint every piece of food with sauce to ensure even coverage and the lid goes on for 15-20 minutes while everything cooks . After that the waiters came back to the table and double checked for the doneness of the meat by opening up the lid and close it back on .
