今天跟着几个好友来到这家潮州小食馆，我们点了瓦煲鸡饭一起吃，因为他们的瓦煲鸡饭的份量还蛮大的，所以我们就share share，味道还不错的，除了鸡肉他们也有加腊肠和咸鱼，当然不喜欢的朋友可以叫他们不要放。

this is a teow chew restaurant and quite famous in cheras yulek. i like the teow chew porridge very much. the price abit expensive to me , but worth for it because the taste was nice. and service aso good. some time i will also try their claypot chicken. very nice. the claypot chicken also got my favorite 腊肠。but usually i will ask them don't put the salt fish cause i don't like it.

This teow chew restaurant is quite crowded during lunch time. Yet, it provides a comfortable environment for you. The fermented pork in this restaurant tastes very good with its sauce. This savory dish is really enough for you to have two bowls of rice porridge. It costs about RM 6 for a plate of fermented pork for two persons which I think it is quite reasonable.

To have a great combination with teow chew rice porridge, I have ordered the radish omelette in this restaurant. The radish is preserved then it is fried with the eggs. The radish is brittle and it gives a very nice bite. Dipping it in the chili sauce served in the restaurant and with the porridge make a perfect combination. A plate of radish omelette as above costs about RM 3.

Finally, I have got the chance to try out the teow chew porridge in taman desa aman recommended by many people. This is the porridge in the restaurant. It is a bit watery for me. Fermented toufu in this restaurant tastes really good. It is a bit salty and sweet with its sauce, so eating with the tasteless porridge is a great combination. A bowl of porridge costs Rm 1 and a plate of toufu as above costs RM 2.

The claypot chicken rice here is big. When I said big,I mean it could feed six of us and yet there is still balance to 'tapau' back home. The rice is slightly spiced with herbs and dark soya sauce and produces a nice aroma when piping hot. I love ow they marinate the chicken with dark soya sauce and the juices burst out when you bite into it. Apart from claypot rice, we ordered other dishes to compliment the claypot chicken rice.
