Steamed fu chuk roll. The steamed fu chuk roll came in quite a big piece and I know why when I bite it. Apart from the normal steamed fish paste, the fu chuk consisted of century egg too. This century egg added some chewy soft texture to the fu chuk. The steamed fish paste was big and springy. The fu chuk skin was not too thin and not too thick, the width was just nice as a whole. 繼續閱讀

Good thing about pan fried dumpling here is you get generous amount of minced pork in a dumpling. The dumpling comes in pretty huge ssize and wrapping thinly is the skin which is soft enough to wrap the fillings without tearing apart. The filling was rather mild but juicy. The slightly brown skin indicated sign of pan frying but it was not crispy enough to verify my deduction. Best to eat it with vinegar and ginger slice. 繼續閱讀

As a chinese, I really love dimsum. Pork Dimsum always has a creamy flavour that is uncontestable. At Kong Kee Restaurant, you'll be spoilt for choice as they have a dozen varieties of dimsum to appease your palate. The siew mai here is delicious. Apart from its tender meat, there is crab stick on the top. Its a healthier alternative than fish eggs, that is higher in cholesterol. Their pastry is just nice, not too soft that it falls off, and melts in the mouth and sends a warm feeling into your tummy 繼續閱讀

Very first i come here, this place is without air-con, after they upgrade to more high class restaurant design, i'm gland that the price of the food still remains the same. There Dim Sum they provide is in very big portion, like a Siew Mai, it needs two bites to finish it, the price is only RM3.5! They have many choices of dim sum, and also the roasted pork and chicken, pork belly, bun, char kuey kak.... The ingredients of the dim sum always come with a big prawn. So far, i had tries many types of dim sum here, all very nice to eat especially the lo bak gou, which is crispy and it is smooth.1 person is around... erm... below RM20 to make you very full. This is surprisingly cheap and high quality of food. 繼續閱讀
