Tofu with minced meatThis is the fried tofu with minced meat.The tofu is fried nicely,the tofu skin is so crispy and the tofu inside is very softand smooth.The size of the tofu is very huge.The minced meat is very tender and salty.It must be salty enough because the tofu is actually tasteless.The sauce is quite salty and nice.But the sauce is too little.Not enough for the whole fried tofu.
