First of all, make your own choice. Select the noodle from mee, bee hoon, kway teow or tang hoon. Then the soup, whether tom yam or chicken soup. Lastly, choose either seafood or chicken meat.
My choice was kway teow noodle, seafood with tom yam soup.The tom yam soup served is hot & sour, with short & smooth kway teow and generous portion of seafood - two prawns, squids, fish meat and vegetable. Worth for the value.
