Ever since Alexis opened in bangsar, it has earned a reputation in Klang Valley for attracting queues with its popular cakes and charming ambience. it was around chirstmas day so there are quite crowded when we having our dinner.we sit at second floor and it was a very darken place. i guess this is because of they were trying to make the environment as romantic as possible. LOLwhy am i saying this out because i hate to have my meal in a very dark environment... i cant even see clearly what am i eating... BTW the food are quite ok... not really ok but quite ok you know what i mean? they offering such foods with such pricey tag but it is not

I wondered why I have never been to this branch of Alexis. Probably because I had the preconception that Alexis is usually expensive ever since I tried the one at Gardens where 1 plate of pasta cost at least more than RM 40. This is one of the high end bakery located at Bangsar somewhere near Bangsar village shopping complex. What so special about this bakery is where their downstair is actually a cafe, is you want to just have a glass of drink they will recommend you to sit upstairs.Besides that downstairs is a none smoking area and upstairs is a smoking area. Alexis is the best choice for you to have some desserts. There are variety of desserts and in a big portion.What I have tried:Best tiramisu with strawberry sauce in town. Alexis的环境还满优美的，又不会太吵，适合的时候是可以点一些红酒来喝一喝。这一款2008年的Margaux虽然不算什么名酒，可是它的味道喝起来还蛮不错。味道微微的苦味喝起来是顺口的。

这一款鸡肉非常的好吃，他们的鸡肉质感很好，选用了鸡腿肉，非常的肥美。鸡肉应该用了蛮常的时间烹调的，吃起来的口感非常的顺滑，而且它的味道是非常特别的，咸咸还有一些creamy的酱汁，配上香料。很好吃。

他们的这一款熏鱼肉非常的好吃，他们选用的鱼肉非常的新鲜，肉质非常的细腻，色泽漂亮，整个晶莹剔透的，吃起来完全没有腥味。还有一些新鲜的贝类，和芦笋配搭，芦笋的口感软软的，配着鱼肉非常好吃。

忘记了这一款蛋糕的名字，可是它是非常好吃的，蛋糕的表层有许多不同种类的坚果，每一种吃起来都是非常脆口的，非常的新鲜。蛋糕的内层 是有用了跟pavlova一样的Meringue来做，吃起来口感酥酥脆脆的，蛋糕不甜，可是非常的香。

We also ordered a gamberetto pizza. It is pizza topped with prawn, tomatoes and lettuce. The pizza is quite tasty. It tastes a bit sour and sweet. The prawn is very nice and chewy. It has garlic smell on the prawn. then comes to desserts. We have dark chocolate cake and banofee pie. The dark chocolate cake is quite nice. The dark chocolate is thick and it wont be over sweet. The banofee pie is pie with banana mixed with coffee cream. It tastes a bit weird.

it is a fine dining restaurant in bangsar. We went there to have dinner. The design of the restaurant is cosy and nice. The staff here served quite well and friendly. We have ordered carbonara. The carbonara is served with mushroom and ham. The ham is a bit over salty. But the way, the sauces is not bad. The carbonara is quite creamy. But the serving size is quite small.

The portion of pizza was big! I think can be shared among 3 girls for dinner..The topping of the pizza were garlic prawns, oven dried tomato, and rockets..To be honest, none of us like the rockets.. -.-That's why we left it aside and finish the entire pizza after removing the rockets..The shrimp was fresh, sweet and succulent..It wasn't a thin crust pizza so its very soft and a bit sweet & sour with the tomatoes sauce on top..We're happy with the pizza even without the rockets

Their signature Tiramisu is a MUST TRY!I love how the mixed nuts gets along with the caramel on top of the cake..make it so crunchy and sweet yet just nice to satisfy my sweet tooth! The red sauce looks like chili sauce but it's actually strawberry sauce..A bit sour and sweet to enhance the taste of the cake..Overall, very different from other tiramisu I've tasted. Definitely coming back for Tiramisu!

Another favorite cake of mine other than their signature Tiramisu is this pavlova!It should be the best pavlova in town!The crunchy part of this pavlova is very very very sweet but the cream is not..That how they matches each other very well.The cream in it taste milky like and I like it very much..the berries on top of the cake are fresh and sweet and makes the cake taste so yummy!
