Cappuccino. I was invited by a friend to join this dinner session together with another group of food enthusiasts. The service was extremely good and the staffs were friendly. The environment was dark but enough lighting for us to see each other. After we finished the heavy dinner, we ordered the cappuccino. It was smooth and aromatic. A very reasonable price for a Cappuccino.

Grilled Salmon Cilantro. The grilled salmon came with some side vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, spinach and bell peppers. It was laid on top of a bed of cream sauce. The salmon was a big portion, it was thick and grilled to golden brown. The salmon however had some fishy taste, and it was slightly salty. I do not quite enjoy this dish due to the fishiness.

Mumtaz Grill. This dish came with grilled chicken, salad, a few slices of roti as well two dipping sauce: mint and curry. The outer part of the grilled chicken was chicken, but when I cut it open, it was minced meat in it. It was a mixed of prawns and chicken meat. The marianation of the chicken was not too spicy, but it was very aromatic. I like to dip into its mint sauce.

Chicken Pesto Pasta. The pasta came in greenish color and the smell of basil was very strong. It has some olive oil, red bell peppers and yellow bell peppers. The portion was extremely big and there were generous amount of chicken in there. The pasta was soft and it was fine with me. The gravy was creamy but I did not feel "muak" eating it. I enjoyed this dish very much.

Seafood Potpourri. Normally for me, I will just settle with mushroom soup or oxtail soup, that night, a friend of mine was interested with Shivz's seafood soup, so he ordered it. The outlook was orange and it smelled good though. The texture was extremely thick and the taste of the seafood ingredients were strong. This might be too salty for my liking but for some, they will enjoy it.

Rack of Lamb. The rack of lambs were stacked like a pyramid when it was served. It also came along with broccoli and cauliflower. The lambs were poured with some gravy. This rack of lamb was different! The lamb was a bit burned, but I like it. It was crispy at the edges especially the burnt parts. The gravy was rich with herbs, not too bitter. The lamb was tender tasted superb.

Mushroom chicken. The dish came with broccoli, green pepper and mashed potato. The mushroom sauce was good, with a tint of mushroom flavour in it, not too sweet, slightly salty. The presentation was nice. However, I do not like it to be served with chicken breast, which was a bit tough to my liking. I hope they would use chicken drumstick. The mashed potato was superb and very buttery.

Mushroom soup. We ordered the mushroom soup as appetizer to start the appetite. The cream of mushroom soup was really creamy and rich in texture. The soup consisted pieces of mushrooms, big and small sizes. I love the taste of it, not too salty, just nicely done. The soup also had some "earthy" taste because of too much mushrooms used. I would love to order this the next time.

Prawn Salad. The salad consisted lettuce, tomato, carrot and green pepper. The salad was sprinkled with tamarine-taste of sauce on it. The prawns were well-marinated with tamarine sauce, tangy and not too salty. The prawns was slightly on the tougher side. The vegetables all were fresh and crunchy. This salad was quite unique taste as compared to salad from other restaurants.

Bruschettas with three different types of toppings. The presentation was good. I only tried 2 types, which were the ones with mushroom and tomato (the 2 pieces at the bottom of the pic). I love the mushroom toppings as it was really generous servings and well marinated with herbs. However, I do hope that the bread could be more crispier. The flavour was just nice saltiness. This made a very good appetizer.

Lamb Shank. The lamb shank was served on a bed of mashed potato. The gravy was not bad, almost tasted the same as the mushroom chicken. Although it was served in quite a big piece, but the lamb shank was a bit of disappointment as it was not tender.All along I thought lamb shank suppose to be tender and soft, and it can be ripped off easily with the use of fork only (not knife). The flavour was good though, not too salty.

The reviews by other bloggers were too promising to ignore, so we headed here for a quiet weekday dinner. It's a nice, unassuming outlet, offering pretty decent food at reasonable prices. They still had the deal for a free starter with every main course. There's a catch: only one starter per person, no matter how many mains you order.The Thai prawn salad was OK, though the tamarind chili sauce tasted generic. The fried mushrooms coated with bread crumbs with mustard sauce were fine. Nicely bat

The fried mushroom was placed on top of a serviette to absorb the excess oil. Alongside with the dish was the dipping sauce. The dipping sauce was thick, salty and savoury. It added an extra oomph to the mushrooms. There were 2 different types of mushroom, one was the normal chinese black mushroom and another was the oyster mushroom. The coating was nicely covered the whole mushroom and it was very crispy and slightly salty. The oyster mushroom and the black mushrooms were juicy and sweet. Love
