When I was young I always love to mix my cantonese fried with hokkien noodle but since that no one is selling that dish outside I that I was weirdThe Ying Yang Hokkien Noodle (雪花福面) is exactly what I've been loving all this while. It consist of fried hokkien noodle that is covered with cantonese fried like gravy where it is rich with egg and very aromatic. It is good but I still prefer my hokkien noodle to be replace with meehon. If you have the chance, do try this out.
