This dish comes with mun tao (chinese plain soft bun) where it is for you to dip into the sauce. The crab is stir fried with chef special chilli sauce and serves with lots of the sauce in the plate. The crab have been 'dissemble' prior to serving for easy consume but you will still have to get your hand dirty to enjoy eating a crab, right?
