Chicken Tender here in Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen is actually the stripped version of its bonafide chicken where bones have been remove and is shaped according to size like strip size. The skin is extra crispy and is full with flavour, while the best part is that there weren't overly thick flour. While the meat inside is smoking hot, it is whitely tender and juicy minus the oil.
