Heard about the tea time promotion on souffle that this place was having and decided to give it a try. We were told that it would take sometime to prepare as the chef only bakes it once there is an order. We were rather annoyed when we were told that our order would take longer than normal as the souffle had sinked in and the chef had to remake it. We were rather annoyed when we were told that our order would take longer than normal as the souffle had sinked in and the chef had to remake it. You can opt to pour vanilla or chocolate sauce on the souffle and in the middle of the souffle, there is a small dollop of sourish cream to excite the taste buds. I flooded my souffle with vanilla sauce and ended the last few bites with a dollop of chocolate sauce. The souffle texture was soft and the molten parts had the texture of soft custard to it.
