I loved macarons especially if it is frozen solid so that you can have a nice crispy crust on it. The macarons on the cake were airy and the the sweetness of the macaron is toned down by the chocolate filling. The red velvet cake has three layer of awesome cream which melts in your mouth. Though the cream was smooth and creamy, I do not recommend overindulging in it as it will make you feel uncomfortable. The cake was moist and has a dense texture.

This is the first time I had souffle and according to my partner, the chef only bakes it whenever there is an order for souffle. This is to maintain the freshness of the pastry and souffle will go bad if left unattended for some time. You can opt to pour vanilla or chocolate sauce on the souffle and in the middle of the souffle, there is a small dollop of sourish cream to excite the taste buds. I flooded my souffle with vanilla sauce and ended the last few bites with a dollop of chocolate sauce.

One of the most complicated and longest waiting hour of dessert I've ever eaten before. The chef needs more than 10 minutes to prepare this, when the presentation isn't nice, I mean the souffle sank, the chef will redo and we need to wait for another 10 minutes. The vanilla taste is very sweet. You can smell the milk a like fragrance from it. I like this dessert quite a lot.

I seldom go for high tea. One of the reason is the price is quite expensive for me. One day I had this chances to eat at here. The high tea here very nice. I like their salmon. The salmon is very very and taste salty a bit. Besides that the cakes are all small servings and you get to taste differently.

I never eat any red velvet cake before. This is my first time eat red velvet cake. Basically I enjoyed it quite much. Only one part I don't really enjoy is the macaron. There is chocolate in it. The cheese on top of the cake is very soft. It's like melting in your mouth. You can feel the cheese taste surrounding your mouth.

The scones in the picture above came with the tea set. One of the scones is plain while the other has raisins. The cream that came with the set is very creamy and texture wise it was very fluffy, like whipped cream. The scones were not bad but there were too little raisins in the raisin scone to enjoy it.

Heard about the tea time promotion on souffle that this place was having and decided to give it a try. We were told that it would take sometime to prepare as the chef only bakes it once there is an order. We were rather annoyed when we were told that our order would take longer than normal as the souffle had sinked in and the chef had to remake it.
