The Preserved Century Egg with Green Pepper is probably one of the simpler and light dish.The preserved century egg is steamed with green pepper and soaked the pepper scent into it thus creating a totally different taste. The century egg is not too hard and is just nice with perfect texture. I don't fancy green pepper but I must admit I love the century egg with green pepper aroma in it.
