I forgot the name of the fish, but the fish was steamed in soy sauce. The fish was a bit of a disappointment, mainly due to the fish itself. We didn’t quite like the texture of the fish. The fish meat was a bit rough. Normally we would prefer to have fish that have soft and tender meat when steamed. Since the meat was a bit tough, the fish did not exactly absorb all the soy sauce flavors. The soy sauce was actually light, non-oily and should go well with the steam fish.
