One of the most unique thing I find about Gonbei San is the selection of dorayaki's apart from the fresh selection of sushi's. For those who grew up with Doraemon, this is the pastry that the robot cat fancies and would die for. Dorayaki in Gonbei San is baked fresh and while I was dining there, I saw the staff replaced the plate with a fresh plate of dorayaki's nearly every hour. The dorayaki is not too big, just like a small pau and the filling is steaming hot when you bite into it.
