I've always been a fan of desserts and tiramisu is no exception. I've had tiramisu with alcohol or non alcohol and though both has different taste, I would say having tiramisu with alcohol is the proper way to enjoy the layered mascarpone cheese. The tiramizulu from Out of Africa is soaked in Amarula and Brandy. There is a real 'kick' to taste and texture of the dessert. The mascarpone cheese was smooth and went down easily.
