I'm not really a buffet person, simply because I will become full easily especially when it comes to a mixture of different cuisines. All in all, I would say I went home as a satisfied customer. I was one of the first few customers who arrived right after dinner buffet has started so the food was fresh and served warm and cold respectively. Salmon sashimi was thick and fresh. As for the waffles, they were made on the spot but since I took the one that was already on the plate, it turned cold by the time I ate it. Perhaps the chef should make it when there are customers requesting for waffles.
I rewarded myself with these. Fruits and biscuit sticks coated with chocolate. It's a self-service counter whereby you take the fruits you want and coat them with chocolate. However, the chocolate hardened fast and it's not advisable to put them like how I arranged them to be on the plate because they got stuck together and it wasn't easy to separate them since the stick is soft and can be broken easily.Post
