This is as objective as i can get about this venue. This not only reflects my view but also those who were with me during the buffet. For the buffet, i strongly believe that they shouldn't keep to this concept of an open buffet. The venue was clean but the food was either tasteless, made from poor quality ingredients, not fresh, cold, prepared inadequately or rotten (explanation below). It is not only appalling but potentially a health hazard....
Variety, Salmon sashimi, tempura
Basically, don't expect quality ingredients whatsoever. Every piece of food has an element of cost cutting.
Tuna Sashimi: not fresh
Hot Food Area: food was not kept warm, and everything was tasteless.
Steam Fish: ROTTEN...no kidding
Watermellon: TASTED LIKE SOAP...
I hope the management reads this and does something about their restaurant. It is very unfair to customers and to overcharge for food that some might even consider hazardous.
