We had braised bean curd with scallop as topping and veg as base made the dish looks precious. The bean curd was wrapped with beaten eggs in order to get the golden colour effect. Despite that, the dish was not oily at all. With a scallop as topping made the dish tasty and sweet. What a healthy dish! Love it for its light portion which made us enjoying it slowly.
