Taiwanese 3 Cup Chicken (RM22)The meaning of 3 cup means the chicken is cook with three types of main ingredients in equal portion, that is the rice wine, soy sauce and sesame oil. The combination of these three ingredients make a perfect combination, making the chicken full of flavour and nicely infused with the taste of rice wince, soy sauce and sesame oil. The basil leaves that is being added in while cooking give an extra aroma to the dish, but it does has a pungent taste which not everyone can accept.
